Handling Charges

No additional carrying fees apply if your building features a fully functioning elevator capable of fitting your items. If stairs must be used instead, the following carrying charges apply:

  • Mattress carrying fees mirror bed policies (£10 per floor above the first floor). If purchased together, a single £10 fee covers both per additional floor.

  • Sofa ground-floor delivery is free, with a £15 charge per subsequent floor.
